Medicinal effects

All drugs have contraindications and adverse drug reactions.

What is an adverse drug reaction?

This is any adverse reaction that occurs at a normal dosage of the drug, administered for the purpose of prevention, diagnosis or treatment of a disease or change in physiological functions.

In medicine, adverse drug reactions can only be discussed when there is evidence for this.

Remember that your role as a patient in reporting adverse drug reactions is very important. If you suspect that the drug you are taking is causing an adverse reaction that is not described in its leaflet, you must consult your doctor. He may explain your symptoms with the disease, with errors in the diet or with other reasons. However, it is possible that he also shares your suspicions that it is an adverse drug reaction.

We ask all medical specialists to submit information about adverse drug reactions observed during the use of medicinal products to “PHARMA” AD, by completing the “Reporting Adverse Drug Reactions” Form.
